This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, how Lumorrow uses them on lumorrow.com and on verify.lumorrow.com (Lumorrow Verify), and how you can control them. 1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits and remember certain information — such as your session state or preferences.

Similar technologies include:

• Local storage and session storage: browser-side storage used to persist data within a tab or across sessions without server round-trips.
• Pixels and web beacons: small transparent images or scripts embedded in pages or emails that record when content is loaded.
• Device fingerprinting: the collection of device attributes (screen size, fonts, time zone, etc.) to infer a consistent identifier. Lumorrow does not use fingerprinting on this marketing website.

2. Cookies we use on this website

We keep our cookie footprint minimal. The table below describes what we use:

Strictly necessary cookies

These are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as submitting the contact form. They do not store any personally identifiable information beyond what is required to maintain your session.

Functional cookies

These enable enhanced functionality such as remembering your cookie consent choice. If you disable these cookies, some parts of the site may not function as intended.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics, deployed via Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this site in aggregate — including page views, traffic sources, device types, and engagement patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish returning browsers. We use this data for site measurement and improvement, not for ad retargeting on this website.

3. Lumorrow Verify (verify.lumorrow.com)

Verify is a separate service on its own subdomain and handles analytics more restrictively than this marketing site.

• Nothing analytics-related loads until you agree. Verify shows a consent prompt and does not load Google Analytics — or set any analytics cookie — unless and until you accept. If you decline, or simply ignore the prompt, no analytics tag is loaded at all.
• Your choice is stored in browser local storage, under the key lum_cookie_consent, so we can remember it without setting a cookie for that purpose. You can clear it at any time via your browser's site-data controls, which will make the prompt appear again.
• If you accept, Verify loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JB496597GN), which sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies described in the table above. We use these to count visits and understand which parts of the service are used. We do not use them to identify you, and we do not use them for advertising or retargeting.
• Browsing anonymously. Looking up a domain or using the SupplyChain validator does not require an account, and does not require you to accept analytics.
• Signed-in sessions. If you create a Verify account and sign in, strictly necessary cookies and equivalent browser storage are used to authenticate you and keep you signed in. These are essential to the service and cannot be switched off while you remain signed in.

4. Third-party services

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and deploy Google Analytics. These services may process IP address, cookie identifiers, and usage events to provide analytics reports.

This website loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com (Google Fonts). When your browser requests a font file, Google may log the request including your IP address and user-agent. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Lumorrow does not control this processing.

We do not embed third-party social media buttons or advertising pixels for behavioural retargeting on this marketing website.

5. The ad exchange platform and IAB TCF

Lumorrow operates as an ad exchange. When our technology is deployed on publisher properties (not on lumorrow.com itself), it operates within the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2) and the IAB Global Privacy Platform (GPP).

In that context:

• Lumorrow reads and respects TCF consent strings, GPP strings, and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals provided by the publisher's Consent Management Platform (CMP).
• We do not initiate interest-based advertising processing for end users who have not provided valid consent or a legitimate interest basis under the applicable framework.
• Bid request signals containing user identifiers are only transmitted to demand partners where the relevant consent or permission is in place.
• Our IAB TCF vendor registration and stated purposes are maintained in the IAB vendor list.

Publishers integrating Lumorrow are responsible for deploying a compliant CMP and ensuring that consent is collected and passed appropriately before initialising auction requests.

6. Your choices

Browser controls

All major browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. You can also set your browser to block cookies entirely, though this may affect the functionality of this and other websites.
